The cover caught my attention initially, because books that I've liked have similar vibes. The synopsis definitely sounds intriguing and had several key words that I liked (thieves, tenuous romance, conspiracy). However, the sample has me hooked! I HAVE to read this book. I already love Keralie as the protag–tricky, defiant, disillusioned (makes a strong first impression!). If I picked it up in store, it'd be an instant buy.
