The cover and the title were what drew my interest, wondering why there were four dead queens. Then I read the blurb and my interest was really piqued. How could stealing a comm case cause the death of the four queens. And then I read the sample chapters and I was sucked in. The concept of there being four queens from different areas to rule one country was really intriguing. And then there is Keralie, a dipper or a pickpocket, who somehow seems to come as naïve. Very interesting character.
