At face value, Four Dead Queens looks like a book I would read in. A heartbeat - it has some thievery, survival, and a bit of romance: everything I love in adventurous fantasy books. The cover and title alone would attract me to the book, but the synopsis is still something that seems tried and true. However, based on my past interests in books, I’d say this book had promise. The excerpt definitely held my attention and made me what to read some more! So yes, I would definitely give this book a chance!
