I love a good YA historical fantasy! This has all kinds of catnip in it for me. I am already intrigued by our heroine, who is spunky, a thief, and smart. She isn't afraid to do what she has to do to survive and I really enjoy that in a female protagonist. Furthermore, I can't wait to read and see more the romance element come to life further on in the story.
