I'm afraid that this book is not for me. I read all kinds of fantasy, but I feel like based on the cover and the "quality" of writing this was a rush to publish. I lost count of how many paragraphs started with "I" or "he" and that was just in the first couple pages. I wasn't sold on any of the characters. Instead of offering this up for free to try to get reviews, she should probably de-list it and give it to an editor.
