I really thought I’d written a first impression for this already. I had to take a look at the first look again because I couldn’t remember anything about the book. The premise doesn’t appeal to me and I do feel the way that this is written seems very amateurish. I’m a sucker for beautiful writing and poetic flow, so it really is a matter of preference.
