Initially, I was draw to this book by the cover. The eyes of the character on the front remind me of the Witcher, so I automatically wanted to read the first look. I like the dual POVs and how the reader gets to know the characters before they end up meeting each other and falling on the same storyline. I think this book would be an interesting start to a good adult fantasy series.
