Reading the title and then additionally the excerpt makes me think of Netflix's adaptation of The Witcher, with the glowing eyes and the drive to do good/create peaceful interactions. I get the idea that the main characters will be fighting within the supernatural realm, due to the ghostly nature of the cover's illustrations. With that, I am definitely intrigued by this book and look forward to adding it to my extensively building TBR stack.
