I don't read a whole lot of new adult fiction, but overall I think this first look is a good start. From the description and first pages, I don't know if this is a book I would necessarily seek out myself, but if it was gifted to me I'd definitely read it. I like the dual POV and overall the writing is good. A little different than my preferred style, but seems like an interesting enough story if you like the genre.
