This book was very well written in the grand scheme of things however I feel it had a very slow pace to build up to the main point of the book to capitalize on the plot in only two chapters. However the characters were written very well and the slow build up really did help you grow to love every single one of them while giving you enough back story to draw judgement on the characters who weren’t so savory. All in all it was a very good book that I would absolutely recommend to people looking for a nice comfort read about love, finding yourself, doing what’s best for yourself and trying to come to terms with life after massive loss for yourself, your friends and your community as a whole. This book focuses a lot on the importance of standing up for what you believe is right and not backing down just because life gets tough and confusing and hard to manage through.
