So the first thing that drew me to the story was it seemed to be two young people drawn together despite their families objections. However I was happily surprised to learn that this seems to be a story of two people’s love develop from a deep and long friendship. That is so refreshing especially in YA where the insta love trope is so common. There also seems to be a supernatural element to the story. I would love to read more. The cover was also really pretty I love a good illustrated cover.
