From the first look, I thought the intro was compelling and I was left very curious as to what would happen next. I can tell that the story will be dark and heavy, maybe hard to read at times. It addresses a very difficult base issue, of guilt and facing the anger and disappointment of family. Also, I'm intrigued by the setting, because I don't know much about the juvenile detention system at all.
