When I was reading the synopsis, I was stunned to realize the protagonist is incarcerated for driving drunk and killing her sibling upon crashing the car. It places the protagonist in a unique place because killing a loved one, seemingly on accident but also not, is devastating. Of course, your family would be angry and unforgiving... and I just cannot even begin to unpack the ramifications of all of this. I'm certainly interested and intrigued.
