Wow! I can’t wait to read the entire book after reading this excerpt. Few books leave you wanting more immediately and this was one of those books. Violette is in a juvenile detention facility after getting in a drunken driving accident that caused the death of her younger sister, Viv. She learns that instead of forgiveness she will have to face the trials before she can go home. I’m really looking forward to reading the full book to learn about what the trials entail and what Violette learns about herself in the process. Great book and cover!
