Just reading the preview of Followers makes me want to get off social media. Angelo writes this so perfectly that I can just see the tipping point where social media is something you do to express yourself to friends and family to where it becomes your life because the followers you have is the primary indication of how successful you are. This is creepy and compelling and scarily indicative of a future path we already seem to be headed down.
