My first first impression of this book was that it probably wouldn't be something I would be interested in. I do not follow social media influencers or watch reality TV or fall into any of those cliche traps.
But I am super interested in where this book is going, because it's set in modern day LA and also in the future. The First Impression hints at big things in America's future, and I want to know what they are!
I also like that this book is irreverent, poking fun at the stereotypes and ridiculousness of pop culture. I can get behind that.
