good characters, the use of spanish needs to improve

the sneak peek introduced me to ava, which is a main character easy to get along with, as a latina I could find myself feeling related with her from the very first moment, her sisters are also very nice characters and their interactions between them made me smile more than one time. The plot itself catched my attention from the first time and made me finish the sneak peek with the feeling of wanting more. However, there’s something I didn't quite like and it was the use of spanish words, spanish is my mother language and something I don't quite like about some books with latino characters is the way they randomly trow spanish words mid sentence because sometimes it feels like they just add them to remind you the character is latino, It wasn't a constant problem with this book (at least from the sneak peek) but there was some phrases like “you need to cálmate” that threw me off a lil bit, I think that's something that needs to be improved, but overall I would read or even buy this book.
