This first impression introduces our main character, some of her quirky family members and those folks who pass through our lives (sometimes regularly and sometimes just by happenstance). I'm curious to see what happens as this snippet left off leaving a lot of questions and the start of a quest. There are a couple places in the writing where things were a bit muddy and unclear and a few scenes that felt a little long, but the storyline is intriguing.
