If a book promises dragons it will be picked up by me sooner or later, not gonna lie.

Annie and Lee couldn't come from more different backgrounds and you get to read the book from both of their perspectives and as war draws closer everything come to it's point.
Anne is a fierce woman who has to fight against the prejudices of her gender and caste. She is in my humble opinion a much more interesting character than Lee. He seems like someone you have encountered before in other books. Maybe he will have a chance to development in the next book.
