I absolutely loved this book!
I love fantasy and dragons so I was really excited when I picked up this book at the bookstore. Then I kind of forgot about it for a few months until I started to plan for my TBR this year. I'm kind of kicking myself for leaving this on my bookshelf for months cause I thoroughly enjoyed reading this novel. Once I started, it was very difficult to stop.
I think the author's writing style is fantastic and captivating. The pacing is great and the plot is exciting and fun. I enjoyed getting to know the characters and seeing them change and grow throughout the novel was very interesting. Annie and Lee are definitely different from each other and while there are things about them I liked and did not like, I definitely rooted for them and wanted them both to have a happy ending. I loved the dragons. I enjoyed all the thrills and action and the developing romance was really fun too.
