I must say I can’t stand the way this novel starts. A young boy is being tortured and I had trouble reading it because of that. The plot sounds very interesting though. This has been on my TBR for a while so I’m not decided if my distaste for the start of the book will keep me from reading it. I both like the cover and dislike it. I don’t like the color but there is something eye catching about it. I will likely read this book because the plot sounds interesting. I’ll just skip the prologue.
