Okay, I was hoping for a great new twist on the cooking and restaurant scene, but instead got blasted with the horrors of cooking pork, notably bacon until it sickens even the cook. If she turns into a vegetarian and opens a vegetarian/vegan restaurant, then this will be a welcome read.
