I have come to really love reading memoirs as a subgenre. I'm not a big nonfiction reader, but in both 2020 and 2021 I told myself I wanted to read nonfiction. A big way that I have tried to accomplish this goal is by reading memoirs. This is a great way to learn about celebrities, but also about people I have never heard of before. Erin French is one of these people. I hear foodie and I'm sold pretty easily. I love food and I would love to learn about French's life. She has an artistic voice that surprised me. I also adore the cover of this book, with her arms full of flowers.
