Erin French is introduced to the world of owning a restaurant at age 12, when her parents bought a diner. Erin is immediately smitten. But, over the years, she learns about hard work and sacrifice, the realities of life, and how to survive her fathers tough personality.
Since I cannot imagine the hard work that comes with owning a restaurant, it would be interesting to read how Erin comes to be a successful owner/chef
