Right off the bat, I absolutely love the cover. I'm not sure what it is, whether it's the contrast of the bright reds and yellows with the black backdrop or the partially obscured face really making you wonder, but I love the cover. I actually hadn't heard of The Lost Kitchen before but I did some Googling and wow it's stunning. Putting all that aside, the first impression we get shows beautiful writing and an engaging story from the very start. I'm definitely intrigued.
