I like it!
I don't usually read non-fiction books, but apparently I make an exception for memoirs that involve a career in gastronomy. Erin French's writing reminds me a little of Grace Dent's, as do the food-focused chapter titles.
I like the pacing, the little anecdotes, and I can relate to Erin as an eldest sister who's got pressure on her shoulders.
