Oh, there are going to be women who LOVE this book. A mix between Eat Pray Love, Julia Julia, and the Cooking Channel, this book is full of bland life advice and 'self discovery'. I know, this is the author's experience but by god was it just a boring read. The tale she is telling is the same one most people in her age range tell; I went through a trauma and I found my true self after discovering my passion for ______
