I'm not a foodie, and I didn't think I'd be interested in reading this book. But the cover is gorgeous, and I enjoy memoirs, so I was intrigued enough to read the First Impression. I'm surprised by how easily the writing pulled me in. This promises to be an emotional memoir about much more than the restaurant business.
