Lucky Fujiki is anything but lucky. In fact, bad things tend to follow her and the people she's around. Her unluckiness even ruined her relationship with her past boyfriend, Ransom Payne. It's the typical romance story, except for the fact that these two have a trio of godmothers who are in fact fairies.

When the godmothers recruit Lucky and Ransom to be in a fake wedding to boost their new wedding planning business chaos ensues. Of course, as all fairytales do, everything works out in the end and everyone lives Happy Ever After™.

The problem with Fairy Godmothers, Inc. is that it is all over the place. There is so much plot that isn't explained, or thrown in at super odd times. Not to mention it's trying its best to imitate the ABC Tv show Once Upon A Time in connecting all the characters in ridiculous ways. I understand the author is attempting to set up future stores in this world, but I think it could be done in much better taste.

I didn't not like the book. I thought it was incredibly corny, but it was a fun read and I genuinely did want to know how it would end. I just think it had a lot of potential to be great and it missed the mark.
