The premise sounds fun. A cute, fluffy romance complete with fairy godmothers and first loves that had an embarrassing incident. But the excerpt failed to draw me in. I felt like it was trying too hard to be cutesy and whimsical, but it just didn't quite make it. While these types of books can be fun, they do tend to be overly predictable. And sadly, nothing in this one really sets it apart enough.
