This first impression didn't do anything for me personally. I'm not particularly into romance novels in general, and this one in particular just didn't interest me from the get go. It seems just a little too cheesy for me to take seriously personally. I can see how someone into fairytale type romance novels with a little fantasy might find it appealing but for me I just didn't find much to like. Some of the characters were fun and it's not like the writing itself was bad or anything, I just personally didn't find myself enjoying much.
