I liked the characters in this book, they seem very likable, and the plot is heading in a really cool direction. I was excited to read the first few chapters but I really couldn't get into it for whatever reason. I don't like how the magical element is done, it seems very kiddy in an adult setting and that just irked me. But other than that I think it's a great book!
