There's plenty of scheming and magical hijinks waiting to run amuck in this book. I loved the fairy godmothers! They're so sassy and fun, and the potential for everything they're planning to go wrong but still somehow end up right is practically bouncing off the page. An unlucky woman named Lucky. A town named Ever After. This book has joy stamped in every word and is exactly the feel-good read I need right now.
