Very interested the try this book out. I find in my life that I could always love a little more. Most times, a lot more. I think how the opening chapter is about "creepy people," those that are so different from us that we feel creeped out by them and do not engage. I appreciate that he tells us we have to conquer fear to engage these "creepy people." Goff encourages us to "meet Jesus" everyday in the people he created. The great challenge is to love our enemies, those people that have wronged us and we wait for their apologies. Conviction strikes when you realize, for some people, you are that creepy person or enemy. We all like to be liked, but we are not perfect and have wronged those in our life. We disagree. We are weird. All those other people in the wells are called to love us, too. I look forward to reading this entire book and feel it will challenge and grow me.
