The theory behind positive psychology is certainly known, and 'Everybody, Always' reaffirmed this conclusion in a well spoken narrative that odd easy to understand and gives quick hope to the listener who may choose to embark upon this courageous movement.
This is not a tonic or a well displayed pyramid scheme, allowing yourself the freedom of no longer being held prisoner to your expectations, desires, and attachments is truly liberating. I think it lends itself well to the Eastern philosophy and tradition that emphasizes releasing attachment to all things and have no expectations of anything or anyone, and that will lead to ultimate emotional freedom. I’m not just a student of Buddhist Phillis, I’m also a as licensed mental health therapist who is also a fairly realistic and critical thinker, not prone to optimism or fantasy, but this isn’t blind optimism, just good logic.
