I feel that many people regard self help books in different ways. I am not the type of person to hear about a self help book and think to myself that I absolutely have to read it. "Everybody Always" was a bit of a fun read for myself, because I did not take it too seriously. Basically, the book is all about how we can be more positive in our daily lives. We can take inspiration from small aspects of our lives. Also, how do we interact with people? We should take a step back and examine how we interact with others. I think that this book could be helpful for people who are looking for self help books, but this is just not a book I need in my life. It was interesting in some parts, but I'll be passing it on.
