This book isn’t for me. While I agree with the concept, I know from experience you can’t go all in without a hint of self preservation. You may say I’m just being negative and all that other stuff and that I’m bitter and angry. The people around me will tell you different, I’m the most fun loving, giving freely of myself to anyone. I too go by this motto of loving everyone, it’s what Jesus tells us to do in the Bible. This isn’t something new. But as someone who works in the medical field and sees the dark side of people, and someone married to a magistrate, who also used to be a cop, I believe you have to show the love in a way you won’t get kicked across the room or something thrown at you or spit on. However, I do believe there is always hope in turning someone’s life around by a kind gesture. But this idea of being a free spirit isn’t plausible.
