This book started a bit too slow for me and it was difficult trying to follow the different POVs written at different times. But once I got halfway through, it started to pick up. I felt accomplished when I was actually able to put the bits and pieces together... yet, I still didn’t figure out the ending (loved that!).
I definitely enjoyed the twists and turns that were thrown in there too. I just wish it came much earlier in the book. This left me wanting to keep reading!
At times, I also found myself starting to get attached to the characters, but never really there because the character development was mostly fast and brief. I wanted more from the relationships. However, I did enjoy reading about the loyalty that the characters have for each other.
I still finished it in less than 24 hours nonetheless. So if you enjoy thriller, I do recommend this one!
