This psychological thriller, Every Last Fear, evoked such a sense of fear and anxiety in me, but in a good way?
The main character’s brother is in jail for a murder that his family knows he didn’t commit. That in itself is scary. But then Matt’s entire family is found dead after a gas leak happens while they’re on vacation in Mexico. Suspish? Me thinks so.
Now Matt needs to find out how his family died, whether it was truly an accident or not, and discover the truth about the murder that put his brother in jail. Did he commit the murder? Or was he wrongfully convicted?
What follows was a twisted, sordid tale that had me on the edge of my seat the entire time. And the ending left me in a state of shock. Truly a great mystery novel!
