To be honest, these aren't usually the kinds of books I am drawn to, but dang! Just reading the synopsis and the little bit of pages I got was enough to hook me in, and I am dying to know what happened and why. So many things need answered and I am living for it. Alex Finlay is also very well written from what I have seen, and it makes this a very enjoyable and page-turning read. Can't say I am a huge fan of the cover, however. I just do not feel as though it does the book justice, and honestly seems a bit lack luster.
