I tend to skim read samples or not read the entire thing if it does not interest me. However, I read all 50 pages of the sample for Every Last Fear by Alex Finlay. It captivated me right away with the plot and writing style. I felt that the suspense was well done and the characters were interesting. I'm looking forward to finding out the mystery and reading this in one sitting. I have a kindle NetGalley book of this thriller and I will happily finish read it there!
