This book is so unique that I wasn't sure what to make of it. The mixture of setting the stage and prose was beautiful and there's a darkness to focusing on the women Shakespeare's plays ruined/murdered. I found it enjoyable but is the kind of story you need to be in a particular mood to read. Would be interested in seeing where the story goes.
