This sounds like a completely unique and very creative approach to understanding Shakespeare's characters. It's not quite a retelling because it shows the perspective of several characters, and a novel-in-verse is the absolutely perfect way to get at the essence of Shakespeare. I've loved similar books like A Thousand Ships that have brought out female characters' voices in a fresh light, so this sounds like something I'd really enjoy. Just disappointing that the ship date for the book is after the book's actual publication date.
