The cover of this instantly drew my eye, but I was a little hesitant to dive in because I'm only familiar with a few of Shakespeare's heroines. I quickly realized that that wasn't going to be an issue here. McCullough's writing was captivating and easy to digest, and you can tell that she's weaving a story that's going to take back these women's narrative. The premise is so unique and I'm looking forward to reading more.
