I don’t think that I’ve read or analyzed enough Shakespeare to be the audience for this book. However, it is beautifully and lyrically written. I’m curious how much of this book will be recounting Shakespeare’s plays with a new perspective and how much will be something new.
I’ve got mixed feelings on the cover. It looks fine, very straightforward about what this book is, but I don’t think it captures the gothic atmosphere of the book so far.
