This is an interesting novel-in-verse (not a format I read a lot!) that explores Shakespeare’s tragic heroines. All of the famous, tragic Shakespeare heroines — Juliet, Ophelia, Cordelia, and Lavinia — are revisited here in a way that adds to their original stories.
