I very rarely read non-fiction but I am adding this to my list of books to read and also purchasing it for my school's library. This is a very interesting and original memoir. Scott Kelly's experiences are singular and unlike anyone else's on this planet except for a handful of people. The story is not only interesting because of its topic but also the writing. Not everyone can write a book but this book is both full of a wonderful story and also written very well. As a regular person who has never left the planet I am intrigued by the happenings off our planet as well as the return feeling for the people who go. This book would be a perfect pair with a lesson on space as well as a live viewing of the space station. I am very glad to have seen and read this excerpt.
