I really enjoyed this look inside our space program. I learned many things about the way it works and gained a new perspective on many of the big events and challenges related to the space program. I also really enjoyed learning about Scott’s family and how he became part of the space program. Turns out he and I went to the same college but not at the same time. I loved having a first person look at the space program and how it works. Shadowing him was a unique experience. I recommend this book for anyone who wants to know more about our space program and the people who make it work. I applaud Scott for setting a goal, reaching it and balancing being a father and husband with a job that be encompassing.
