When you're a kid, you don't think of the realities of being an astronaut. You think of how exciting it would be to be able to float around in space. You think it would be cool to discover new and amazing things.
After reading the First Look of this story, I already feel sick to my stomach for our astronaut narrator! I never would have thought of the effects on the human body after being in space. It would never have crossed my mind that you couldn't go to the ER because you are a unique case they wouldn't be able to help.
