Endearing Story...Not the most solid writing so far
Overall, this was a good first impression. I am much more interested in learning about Scott Kelly's life after reading the first 8 pages.
The writing was a bit rough for me - there are a ton of idioms and it looked like a thesaurus was utilized extensively. I would prefer it to sound a bit more natural and to get to the point. Maybe an editor with a heavier hand...just my opinion.
Again, the story sounds really interesting - especially after learning that Scott was not a top student and yet went on to do such an amazing thing. I look forward to learning more!
